Welcome to Antenity Estimation Services. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to our website and use of our construction estimation services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

Antenity provides quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and General Construction scopes. Specific project details, deliverables, turnaround times, and fees will be outlined in your individual proposal or service agreement.

2. Client Responsibilities

To deliver accurate estimates, you must provide complete and current project plans, specifications, and scope details. Incomplete or inaccurate data may result in estimate revisions or additional fees. You retain responsibility to verify the final estimate.

3. Fees, Payment & Refunds

• A full payment is required upfront before work begins.
• Turnaround times vary by project size—typically ranging from 24 hours for small jobs to 3–5 business days for larger scopes.
• Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of payment for a full refund. No refunds are available once work has commenced.
• Revisions due to estimator errors are handled free of charge within a specified period (e.g. 7 days). Additional revisions may incur a fee.

4. Revisions & Change Requests

• Modifications or additions to project scope after delivery may be charged separately.
• You must review estimates within 5 business days. Errors reported after this period may be subject to standard revision fees.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• All estimates are prepared using industry-standard software and practices, but are ultimately based solely on the information supplied by the client.
• Antenity does not guarantee final project costs, bids, or outcomes; estimates should be independently verified by you.
• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Antenity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of estimates.

6. Ownership & Confidentiality

• You retain full ownership of project documents you submit.
• Deliverables (takeoff documents, reports) remain the property of Antenity until full payment is received, after which a license is granted for your intended use.
• All project data and communications are confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate service with written notice prior to estimate commencement. In such cases, refunds or cancellation terms will apply.
• If services are terminated after work begins, fees are non-refundable beyond the cancellation window.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations due to unforeseeable events beyond their control (e.g. natural disasters, power outages). Affected obligations will be paused or postponed accordingly.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms, combined with your specific service proposal, constitute the complete agreement between Antenity and you. No modifications are valid unless documented and signed by both parties..
